&nbsp;A service that allows the user to apply for trademark registration.

1-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Obtain an authorization from the authorized person in the government agency (minister, deputy minister, agent or authorized person) to register the trademark. 
2-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Trademark Service. 
3-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Login to the Trademark Portal. 
4-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail. 
5-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Enter the "Apply for a power of attorney" service, fill out the data as a stakeholder and attach the authorization. 
6-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Wait until the authorization is accepted by the SAIP. 
7-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Request to register a new trademark (as a concerned person or agent) as per the power of attorney attached above 
* In the event that the request is from an agent, a trademark registration agent must be recorded in the Agent Registry. 
8-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;A trademark consideration invoice shall be issued. If paid, the application shall be received and studied. 
After studying the application, one of the following decisions shall be taken: 
-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Accept the condition of modification (deadline for modification is 90 days). In the event that the applicant fails to make the required modification within 90 days, the application will turn into a waiver. 
-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Refuse and allow modification (deadline for modification is 10 days). 
-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Final refusal in one of the two following cases: 
-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;If the modification is not made within the 10-day deadline. 
-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;If the modification has been made by the client and the required legal conditions are not met. 
9-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;If the trademark is accepted, the publication invoice shall be issued. 
10-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Then comes the publication stage. 
11-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;After paying the fees owed by the applicant. 
-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Publication (period of publication is 60 days). 
-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Following the lapse of the publication phase without any objection, the client must pay the final invoice within 30 days of its issuance and the certificate shall be printed via the system.
