Licensing non-profit associations and setting their goals and strategies in line with the Authority's strategies.

1.
- 1- Fill out the application form for establishing a civil society - Basic data related to the identity of the association. (Suggested name, classification of the entity activities,The organization's goals)Service work areas. (Headquarters, region, city or province, geographical areaassociation services)Member positions. Determining positions: Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Supervisorfinancial. With two reserves for each position.Acknowledgment of the validity of the data entered in the formAcknowledgment by the founding members

- 2- If the application is formally accepted, it moves to the stage of reviewing the application technically and communicating with the founders and directing the application, but if the application is rejected at the stage of the incorporation procedures, the application is closed.
3.
- 3- If the technically supervising authority approves the request, the incorporation procedures will be completed. If the technically supervising authority rejects the request, the application will be closed.

- 4- Issuance of a license certificate
