Establishing a non-profit organization for intellectual property

This service allows citizens or legal entities to establish a non-profit organization.

1. Step 1
- The user selects the service for establishing a non-profit organization.
2. Step 2
- The applicant fills out the form by entering all the necessary data.
3. Step 3
- The applicant acknowledges having read and agreed to the terms and conditions, and then submits the application.
4. Step 4
- The system will automatically send the request to all members to acknowledge joining the organization.
5. Step 5
- The applicant clicks "Submit" to send the request to the center after all members have approved it.
6. Step 6
- The order details number will be sent via text message.
7. Step 7
- The center reviews the application and then: - Issues approval if the application is approved.- Sends a request to amend or reject the application if there are any comments.
8. Step 8
- After approval from the center, the institution's information is sent to the supervising authority if the institution is specialized.
9. Step 9
- Following approval from the relevant authority and the supervisory body, the following will be issued: - Institution registration certificate- Institution bylaws- Letter of formation of the board
