Go back to ServicesIt allows the applicant to register any action that occurs in the work. This service aims to license the copyright holders to benefit from the financial rights stipulated in the Copyright Protection Law.
1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Copyright & Related Rights Service.
2- Login to the Copyright Portal.
3- Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
4- Select the recordation service.
5- Select the registration to which to recordation to.
6- Fill in the required data fields on the platform.
7- Send the application.
8- Pay the examination fees once the invoice is issued.
9- Examine the application by the SAIP competent department.
10- In the event that the terms of the recordation request are met and the request is accepted,
11- the client shall be so notified and the recordation certificate shall be issued.
