Availability for the target group of the mandatory license for translation and reproduction in accordance with the controls, conditions and cases stipulated in the copyright protection system and its executive regulations.

1.
- 1- To request a compulsory license for copyright works, the “Compulsory Licensing Form” must be filled out.
2.
- 2- Ensure that the application requirements are met by reviewing the service guide.
3.
- 3- Sending the mandatory license application form for copyright works to the e-mail ccl@saip.gov.sa.
