File a Design Application

1- Go to the authority’s website, then choose services and click on the industrial models service.
 

2- Login to the patent portal.
 

3- Create an account for the individual, institution or agent.
- If the applicant is (an individual) - a new user - the registration is done through the national access or the creation of a new account at the registration portal in the services of the Authority.
- If the applicant is (agent / company) - a new user - registration is done by creating a new account at the registration portal of the Authority's services.

4- Moving to the service platform through the unified national access / e-mail.
- If the applicant (individual) has a pre-existing account, entry is made through the national access or via e-mail.
- If the applicant (agent / company) has a previous account, entry is made via e-mail.

5- Filing a new application.
 

6- Follow the instructions for filing a new industrial model application.
 

7- Choose the type of application (industrial model).
 

8- Fill in the application data.
 

9- Attach the files in the places designated for them.
 

10- An invoice is issued for the order, and if it is paid, the order number and date of deposit are issued.
