A service that allows the applicant to submit an appeal request against fees to revive the application after being rejected or disregarded for failing to comply with the requirements, within two months from the date on which the non-compliance reason.

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for patent applications filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve you with all patent applications filed before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://epatentsso.saip.gov.sa/

- 1- Fill out the form “Request for a Request to Retake the Procedures of the Application” and send it through the technical support system to request the petition.

- 2- An invoice is issued for the financial consideration for the petition.

- 3- Pay the bill.

- 4- Study the petition.

- 5- In the event that the Authority accepts the reasons and justifications for the petition, the applicant shall be notified of this, and he must fulfill what was requested of him before the issuance of the decision within a month from the date of this notification, and then the procedures for the progress of the application shall be repeated.

- 6- In the event that the Authority does not accept the reasons and justifications for the petition, in part or in whole, the Authority shall notify the applicant of the expected rejection decision, and he can make his observation about the expected rejection within a month from the date of the notification.
7.
- 7- The applicant is not entitled to a refund, and the applicant is not entitled to submit a petition again for the same procedure.Rich Content
