A program that speeds up the procedures taken to examine national patent applications within a period of time shorter than the ordinary "normal examination path" procedures. The program targets a special segment of inventors and products.

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for patent applications filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve you with all patent applications filed before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://epatentsso.saip.gov.sa/

- Download the form

- The application will be reviewed according to the terms of the document.
3.
- Invoice issuance

- The request was referred for completion of the substantive examination procedures.
