Amend or Add to a Patent Application

A service that allows the user to modify the specifications "No substantial change may be made".

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for patent applications filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve you with all patent applications filed before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://epatentsso.saip.gov.sa/

- 1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Patent Service.

- 2- Login to the Patent Portal.
3.
- 3- Login to the Service Platform through the One National Access/e-mail.
4.
- 4- Select the title of application to be modified.
5.
- 5- Click on “amend application” (attach the amendment).
6.
- 6- Pay the Fees.
