Changing the ownership of a patent

عزيزنا المستفيد،، سعياً من الهيئة لتطوير أنظمتها و الاستمرارية بتقديم أفضل الخدمات، نود إشعاركم بإطلاق المنصة الموحدة للملكية الفكرية والتي سيتم فيها تنفيذ كافة الإجراءات المنصوص عليها نظاماً لخدمات براءات الإختراع المودعة من تاريخ م19/12/2023 عبر الرابط التالي https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/ . كما يسعدنا إحاطتكم بالاستمرار بخدمتكم لجميع براءات الإختراع المودعة قبل تاريخ م19/12/2023 والاستفادة من كافة الخدمات ذات العلاقة بها عبر الرابط التالي: https://epatentsso.saip.gov.sa/

 Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Patent Service.

Login to the Invention Portal system.

Login to the Service Platform through the One National Access/e-mail.

Select the Change Ownership icon.

Select the application whose ownership is to be changed.

Fill out the data and attach the legal documents.

Send the application

If the transfer/change application is approved, an electronic invoice will be issued for the payment of Fee

Pay the Fees.
