This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/

- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Patent Service.

- Login to the Patent Portal.
3. Step 4
- Login to the Service Platform through the One National Access/e-mail.
4. Step 5
- Login to the filed applications page.
5. Step 6
- Select the application title.
6. Step 7
- Select the “add power of attorney document” service.
7. Step 8
- Attach the power of attorney document.
8. Step 9
- Send the application.
