- عزيزنا المستفيد،، سعياً من الهيئة لتطوير أنظمتها و الاستمرارية بتقديم أفضل الخدمات، نود إشعاركم بإطلاق المنصة الموحدة للملكية الفكرية والتي سيتم فيها تنفيذ كافة الإجراءات المنصوص عليها نظاماً لخدمات براءات الإختراع المودعة من تاريخ م19/12/2023 عبر الرابط التالي https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/ . كما يسعدنا إحاطتكم بالاستمرار بخدمتكم لجميع براءات الإختراع المودعة قبل تاريخ م19/12/2023 والاستفادة من كافة الخدمات ذات العلاقة بها عبر الرابط التالي: https://epatentsso.saip.gov.sa/
1. Step 2
- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Patent Service.
2. Step 3
- Login to the Patent Portal.
3. Step 4
- Login to the Service Platform through the One National Access/e-mail.
4. Step 5
- Login to the filed applications page.
5. Step 6
- Select the application title.
6. Step 7
- Click on “modify waiver” icon.
7. Step 8
- Attach the waiver document
8. Step 9
- Send the application.
