1- Fill out the form (Request for a Restitution of Priority Right) and send it by e-mail to request the petition.
2- An invoice for the financial consideration is issued to the petition.
3- Pay the bill.
4- Study the petition.
5- If the authority accepts the reasons and justifications for the petition, the applicant shall be notified of this, and he must give precedence within one month from the date of accepting the petition, and then the priority is corrected or added.
6- In the event that the Authority does not accept the submitted petition, the Authority shall notify the applicant of the expected rejection decision, and he can submit his comment regarding the rejection, within one month from the date of the notification, and the applicant is not entitled to refund the financial consideration.
