Go back to ServicesA service that allows the user to deposit a plant variety item order.
1- Open the authority’s website > select “Services” > click on the “Plant Varieties” service.
2- Login to the patent portal.
3- Create an account for the individual, institution or agent.
- If the applicant is (an individual) - a new user - the registration is done through the national access or the creation of a new account at the registration portal in the services of the Authority.
If the applicant is (agent / company) - a new user - registration is done by creating a new account at the registration portal in the Authority's services.
4- Navigate to the service platform through the unified national access / e-mail.
If the applicant (individual) has a pre-existing account, entry is made through the national access or via e-mail
-If the applicant (agent / company) has a prior account, entry is made via e-mail.
5- Choose to deposit a new application.
6- Download and fill out the technical questionnaire for plant variety request.
7- Choose the type of application "plant variety".
8- Fill in the application data.
9- Attach the questionnaire in the space designated for it.
10- An invoice is issued for the application, and if it is paid, the order number and date of deposit are issued.
