Request to Add a Waiver Document - Plant Varieties

1- Open the authority’s website > select “Services” > click on the “Plant Varieties” service.
 

2- Login to the patent portal.
 

3- Transition to a platform through team play / email.
 

4- Go to the submitted applications page.
 

5- Choose the address of the request.
 

6- Click on the waiver modification icon.
 

7- Attach the assignment document.
 

8- Send the request.
