Modify the Trademark Image

A service that enables the owner of a previously registered trademark to modify the trademark, provided that the modification shall not affect the substantial form. In the event that the modification is substantial, a new application must be submitted.

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/

- 1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Trademark Service.

- 2- Login to the Trademark Portal.
3.
- 3- Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
4.
- 4- Select Modify the Trademark Image icon.
5.
- 5- Fill in the trademark data to be modified.
6.
- 6- Issue a service payment invoice.
7.
- 7- Upon payment, the trademark image shall be modified.
