A service that enables any person concerned to object to the registration of a specific trademark after it has been published in Intellectual Property Newspaper.
Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/
1- Submit an objection via Aamaly E-Magazine. When you click on Object icon in Aamaly E-Magazine, the system will transfer you to the trademark system.
2- Login to the Trademark Portal.
3- Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
Fill out the trademark objection form and select the objection type*:
- Objection without a hearing
- Objection with a hearing. The applicant can also request a hearing and pay the required fees.
Pay the objection fee within the legal period.
The system sends the objection statement upon the payment of the due fees.
The application is studied and the decision is issued by the committee after the documents of the Petitioner and the Respondent are completed,
The application shall be transferred via the system to a waiver in the event that the objection is not responded to within 60 days.
