Request to Enforce a Trademark Final Judgment

Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/

1- Fill out the required forms (download the form).
 

2- Submitting a final judgment that is final and enforceable and appended to the stipulated executive formula.
 

4- Send the request to the e-mail (jde@saip.gov.sa.
