Delete a Trademark or a Product

A service that allows the trademark owner to delete a trademark or a product in response to the trademark owner’s desire or to enforce a trademark deletion ruling. (Deletion means to cancel the entire trademark on the specified category).

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/

- 1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Trademark Service.

- 2- Login to the Trademark Portal.
3.
- 3- Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
4.
- 4- Select Delete Trademark icon.
5.
- 5- Fill in the trademark data to be modified.
6.
- 6- Issue a service payment invoice.
7.
- 7- Upon payment, deletion shall be made.
