A service that allows a trademark owner to license a person/institution to use his own trademark for all or part of a single category.

- Dear Beneficiary, In its ongoing efforts to develop its systems and provide the best possible services, the Authority is pleased to announce the launch of the Unified Intellectual Property Platform. This platform will handle all procedures stipulated by law for trademark registrations filed from December 19, 2023, onwards, via the following link: https://eservices.saip.gov.sa/. We are also happy to inform you that we will continue to serve all trademarks registered before December 19, 2023, and you can access all related services through the following link: https://tm.saip.gov.sa/

- 1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Trademark Service.

- 2- Login to the Trademark Portal.
3.
- 3- Login to the Service Platform via the One National Access/e-mail.
4.
- 4- Click on License Trademark Use icon.
5.
- 5- Fill in the data of the trademark to be licensed.
6.
- 6- Pay the licensing and publication fees.
