Decide on challenges against decisions issued regarding the protection documents of integrated circuit layout designs, plant varieties and industrial models

1. Step 1
- 1- Attending the headquarters of the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property.
2. Step 2
- 2- The committees’ general secretariat receives the lawsuit received from the plaintiff, examines it, and checks the completeness of the documents and documents necessary to register the lawsuit, and then study the request.
3. Step 3
- 3- Submitting the case to the Patent Claims Committee to decide on them.
4. Step 4
- 4- Inform the stakeholders of the decision issued by the committee by the general secretariat of the committees.
5. Step 5
- 5- Verify that the decision has acquired final status after the statutory period (60 days) for grievance against the decision has passed.
6. Step 6
- 6- Append the decision issued by the committee with the final version for implementation.
7. Step 7
- 7- In the event of a grievance against the committee's decision, the customer can go to the competent court after the statutory period for the grievance has expired.
