A service that allows the industrial model or integrated circuit applicant to transfer/change the ownership of the application from the current owner to the new one.

1. Step 1
- 1- Login to the SAIP website, select Services, and click on Integrated Circuit Layout Design Service.
2. Step 2
- 2- Login to the Industrial Model Portal.
3. Step 3
- 3- Login to the Service Platform through the One National Access/e-mail.
4. Step 4
- 4- Select the Change Ownership icon.
5. Step 5
- 5- Select the application whose ownership is to be changed.
6. Step 6
- 6- Fill out the data and attach the legal documents.
7. Step 7
- 7- Send the application.
8. Step 8
- 8- If the transfer/change application is approved, an electronic invoice will be issued for the payment of Fees.
9. Step 9
- 9- Pay the Fees (following the payment of fees, the ownership is changed in the electronic system).
